Since we are little, we tent to feel with great intensity, however, we are very rarely taught how to manage it.
We grow up, we hit that maelstrom called adolescence and then we force ourselves to hide those emotions in order to fit into society.
We reach adulthood without having the slightest idea of what those emotions are trying to tell us, or how to manage our reactions.
We usually follow two opposite paths: Either we choose to keep everything to ourselves, because we force ourselves to believe that it is not important, or we explode at the slightest thing, all the time, with everyone, because we feel that everything is personal.
But not many people really know or understand that we really do have control over what we feel; that the decision is always ours, and it is in our hands to decide that X event ruins our morning, our day, our week, our year or even our life.
It’s always in you.
And seeing it is not easy at all (especially because we have lived our entire lives learning thousands of defense mechanisms that keep us from understanding it), but when you finally manage to understand it, you realize that there is nothing more obvious than that.







































































































Healing photo sessions are a way to delve deeper into those emotions, allowing you to observe and express them in a healthy and beautiful way.
